(2 3/8 x 3 3/4 In) This is an original antique card from the 1900s. It shows a heavily embossed poppy flower and butterfly, "A Happy New Year".

"A bright New Year I wish for you,
And may an impulse of fresh hope
Rise with it giving strength anew
With all its changeful days to cope."

"Thank you for the picture and Postal you sent me- I will send you my picture when I have it taken- Isma", reads the message written on the inside.

The card is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, minor stains.
