(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Curteich, C. T. Colortone linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of the Indian River Catholic Shrine in Indian River, Michigan.

"Fourteen inspiring wooded acres, 80 feet above the shores of Burt Lake, have made a wonderful setting for this beautiful Shrine. The Chapel, features six huge picture windows captivating sky, woods and lake. The building of this Shrine has been made possible by the contributions of vacationers of all faiths from coast to coast. The Shrine will be dedicated to the Lily of the Mohawks - Venerable Kateri Tekakwitha when canonized. Future plans include- Calvary Hill, out door Church and fourteen Stations of the Cross."

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
