(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage The Meriden Gravure Company postcard from the 1930s. It shows a marble Sphinx statue from the top of a Stele from Attica, Greece 540-530 B.C. on display at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC.

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
