Commodore Nutt and Minnie Warren - Circus Performers - SET of 2 - CDV Photos, c. 1800s
(2 3/8 x 3 3/4 In) This is a SET of TWO original antique carte de visite photograph and etching from the 1800s. They show portraits of P. T. Barnum circus performers George Washington Morrison "Commodore" Nutt. (April 1, 1848 – May 25, 1881) and Huldah Pierce Warren Bump better known as Minnie Warren - (October 31, 1841 – November 25, 1919) dressed as Bridesmaid and Best Man for the wedding of Tom Thumb (Charles Stratton) and his bride Lavinia Warren in 1863. "Com. Nutt and Minnie Warren" is printed at the bottom the the etching. "Comodore Nutt - Minnie Warren", is written on the back of the photo.
The photos are in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, general stains.
