(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage E. C. Kropp Co. linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows a view of the "Room Tree" in Sequoia National Park, California.

"THE ROOM TREE, GIANT FOREST - This Giant Sequoia, hollowed out by ancient forest fires, contains a room fifteen feet across and forty feet high.", reads the description printed on the back.

"Dear Cousins, this is the place that anyone can enjoy, especially if carries a camera. Lovely scenery, huge trees, tame deer + bears that are apt to awaken you any hour of the night upsetting tin cans or snooping about. The weather is ideal, a jolly crowd and a campfire performance + singing-fest each evening. Love. Florence - Ellis. P.S. Your letter much appreciated, will write later.", reads the note written on the back.

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few light creases at corner tips.
