(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique J. Murray Jordan postcard from the 1900s. It shows a dejected looking duo of unimpressed and possibly drunken Edwardian ladies holding onto each other as they shuffle out of a festive dance hall, a prize teddy bear dangling from one girl's hand, "A Pair of Tights". The teddy bear, background and even the ladies' feet have been drawn in.

"Dear Sister- I am glad you are coming now- don't disappoint- yes we have all planned- Emma has been getting things ready- be sure and come on that early train Sunday Morning- Your Sister, MT.", reads the message written on the back.

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, heavy wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, creases at upper left corner.
