"NEW ENGLAND SANITARIUM and HOSPITAL- STONEHAM, MASSACHUSETTS- (Post Office, Melrose, Mass.)- Located 12 miles from Boston.", reads the description printed on the back.

The postcard is unused and is in EXCELLENT condition, light wear at the edges.
