A Night-mare is Fed Before It Is Born - Postcard, c. 1910s

(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique Samson Brothers postcard from the 1910s. It shows a boy plastering up a notice on a brick wall, "A night-mare is fed before it is born."

"Suppose you are home by this time. However did you get away from home wish I knew your receipt. No ball game today so I can rest in peace. Dewey starts in June at St. Paul High School and Jim begins here. You must be home by this time. Write me.", reads the message written on the back.

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, minor wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
