Billy the Bull- 1910s Antique Postcard- Freak Bull- E J Seymour- Touring With a Six-Legged Calf- Oddity

(5 1/4 x 3 3/8 In) This is an original antique postcard from the 1910s. It shows a farmer posing with Billy Bull a "freak" with six legs and two spines who toured the country in 1915.

"How is This for Bull?
Dear Friend:
I send you a picture of Billy;
It's enough to make anyone laugh;
It is neither a heifer, a goat or a filly,
But simply a Bull and a half.
Six legs and four shoulders, a double backbone,
Bill's a bull in a class of his own.

This bull, led by his owner, E. J. Seymour, has accomplished the unparalleled feat of walking from Florida
to San Francisco, thence to Los Angeles and back. The story of his trip in book form entitled, "Touring
With a Six-Legged Calf", will soon be on sale."

The postcard is unused and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corners, a few stains front and back.
