(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage "Comic Kids Series" linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a traveler with empty pockets and a tear in the seat of his pants, "It was a swell trip.... BUT! I'm Broke... and all worn out!!" Signed by artist Walt Munson.

"Cassville, Tenn. - Oct. 29, 1941 - Hello Folks, Stayed in a C.C.C. Camp last night. Betsy isn't much of a mountain car. She likes the plains. There are some hills here. We are making it o.k.", reads the note written on the back.

The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
