(3 1/4 x 5 3/4 In) This is an original antique trade card from the 1800s. It shows a Victorian girl digging in the sand with a beach shovel, "Burial Fund Insurance". "Compliments of the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company" of Providence, R. I. 

The card is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few creases and stains, some paper loss/ damage on the back.
