Grandmother Hurd - CDV Photo, 19th C.
(2 1/4 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique Carte de Visite, CDV photo from the 1800s. It shows a dower Victorian widow in her Mourning clothes and half-mourning bonnet. She is identified in writing on the back as, "Grandma Hurd, Mother of Grandma Winegar and she was Mother of Ellen Hardy. She is Mother of Claud Hardy."
The photo is in GOOD condition, unevenly trimmed, some foxing and stains.
