Hula Dancers, Hawaii - Postcard, c. 1940s

(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage K. H. Ltd. postcard from the 1940s. It shows a troupe of Hula Dancers in Hawaii.

"Dear Billie,- The girl on the end is wearing the native dress, like a wrapper with a long train. I have gone twice to Hawaiian church and have seen many of them. Of course they don't hula anymore in the skirts- only for entertainment. We have a show and luncheon every Sat. Live at hotel. Yes, I've eaten for make room fasts with dirty water and just a little lemon juice in and you've got it. But a ___ Cocktail, Ah! That's different.", reads the note written on the back.

The postcard is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
