(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique H. H. Tammen postcard from the 1910s. It shows children picking oranges during "Winter in California" and children throwing snowballs during "Winter in the East", "I'll Eat Oranges for you ~ While you throw Snow Balls for me". Signed by artist M. Piser.

"Feb. 12, '17 - Dear cousin, We are keeping house at 421 ___ Ave., Long Beach, Cal. Spent two weeks at Los Angeles, Redlands and Riverdale. Expect to be here about a month. Having a fine time. Wish you all could see the sights we have. Have met several we knew. Mamma rec'd you card. There are tall hedges of Geraniums in bloom and English Ivy. Look at this card and picture us picking Oranges. Go to the beach every day. Lovingly, Ethel.", reads the note written on the back. 

The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, several stains and creases.
