(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Genuine Curteich, C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows five different "Scenes in Chicago Parks", Lincoln Park, Humboldt Park, Washington Park, Garfield Park and the Buckingham Fountain at Grant Park.

"SCENES IN CHICAGO PARKS - Commerce alone cannot build a great city; there must also be an opportunity for the fullest expression of a happy, healthful life. Chicago parks and hundreds of miles of broad boulevards grace this city of Commerce and Industry with formal terraces, with fountains, statuary and beds of cultured flowers.", reads the description printed on the back.

"Dear Jim, everything going according to schedule. Having a fine time. Leaving for south Illinois Monday.", reads the note written on the back.

The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a rusty stain from a paper clip on the front.
