(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage E. A. Bishop, C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of the State Capitol dome as seen from Lincoln Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin.

"Dome of the new Capitol is second highest in the world. height of 300 feet; diameter 107 feet; height of statue 15 1/2 feet. Cost of Dome $3,000,000. Cost of entire building $7,000,000.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, name written on the back.
