The cover features a painting of a family of three bow-legged cowboys in boots and blue jeans watching a train speed past in the distance. The art is by J. Frederick Smith, titled "The Great Open Spaces". The article featured on the front cover is, "THE NEW MORAL MENACE- Read the Revealing Expose".
