The Stork Did Not Bring Me, But I Got Here Just The Same - Butterfly Rider - Dwig - Postcard, c. 1908
(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique Charles Rose postcard from 1908. It shows a baby riding on the back of a butterfly, spurring it on with a whip, "Dear - The Stork did not bring me-- but I got here just the same. Yours ____". Signed by artist Dwig.
"What is it - Know are you", reads the message written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in FAIR condition, heavy wear at the edges, significant creases, general stains, some paper loss on the back side.
