(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique trade card from the 1800s. It shows three little sprite children trying to wrangle a feisty grasshopper into submission, "Use Muzzy's Starch".
"If you would eat only Pure Corn Starch, be sure and use MUZZY'S. If you would wear the most lustrous linen, then be sure you have MUZZY'S SUN GLOSS STARCH. For Sale By All Grocers. H. B. Newhall, 76 Broad Street, Boston, New England Agent."
The card is in GOOD condition, heavy wear at the edges, noticeable creases, a few minor stains.
