A Sailors Prayer - WWII Navy - RPPC, c.1940s
(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage EKC real photo postcard from the 1940s. It shows a WWII sailor laying in his bunk, "A SAILORS PRAYER".
"Wm. Q. Harman A.S. - Barks 608 E-11-3 U. S. N. Ser. School - Great Lakes, ILL. - Hello Harry - Just a line to let you know I'm in the navy. Mom gave me your address while I was on my furlough. Drop me a line if you get a chance. The folks are still in Aligruppa. Bill.", reads the note written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, general stains and creases, heavy crease at upper left corner.
