(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original AZO paper real photo postcard from the 1900s. It shows a heard of Elk outside the Benjamin Marks cabin in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is an authentic piece of history with a message on the back concerning the sale of elks hand written by Benjamin Marks himself.

"223 Vine St., Co. Bluffs, IA-
Dear Sir,
I have for sale at very reasonable prices 15 young Elk, 3 to 5 years old, bred and raised in IA. They are domesticated and are fine specimens of the Elk family. Will crate and deliver to Exp. Co. at Co. Bluffs. Benj Marks", reads the message written on the back.

The postcard is in EXCELLENT condition, wear at the edges, some water stains on the back.
