(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is a SET of THREE original vintage Slate Series postcards from the 1900s-1910s. Each postcard shows an Edwardian slang motto written on a chalkboard. "Sis never utters a slang word but she can say skiddo with her eyes", "Bruther Phil says there's three kinds of gurls - Peeches, Preserves an pickels" "Uncle dik sais it takes sum men so long to say no that it meens yes."

The postcards are used and in FAIR to GOOD condition, heavy wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, general creases and stains, paper loss where a stamp has fallen off.
