Hope Your Birthday is Sunny, But if it Rains Hope it Pours Joys on You - Card, c. 1950s
(4 3/4 x 5 3/4 In) This is an original vintage card from the 1950s. It shows a boy and girl in raincoats and galoshes walking in the rain under a red umbrella, "It's your BIRTHDAY - Hope your Birthday's BRIGHT with SUNNY cheer and pleasures too, But if it RAINS - - - well, then, Hope it just POURS JOYS on YOU!" Their raincoats are made of textured yellow cellophane.
The card is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, small stain on the inside, name signed on the inside.
