(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique Lith. & Druck, E. Nister postcard from the 1900s. It shows a depiction of a medieval punishment for being a rogue or curse-monger using a "Scold's Bridle or Brank's Bridle".  "Strafe wegen Unfläterei - Bestrafung eines Zotenreißer (Punishment for filth - Punishment of a rogue)". Signed by artist Adolf Jodolfi.

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, light wear at the edges.
