Earl Dippi C. P. D. - Snapshot, c. 1939

(2 3/4 x 4 1/2 In) This is an original vintage photograph from the 1930s. It shows a man in a uniform I don't recognize, is he with the Chicago police? Civilian Defense? I'm not sure. He is identified in writing along the bottom edge as, "Earl Dippi C P.D."

The phot has a deckled edge and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, scrapbook paper stuck to the back.
