It shows an anthropomorphic goat, "American Federation of Butters - Membership Ticket Not Transferable - This Certifies that "Nogie" is entitled to "Butt in" all conversations whether public or private. Billy Goat, President. Nan Goat, Secretary."
The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, minor wear at the edges, a few minor stains.
