(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique H. A. Waters postcard from the 1900s. The "Foolish Questions"comic, shows an Edwardian man digging into his pockets for yet another C.O.D. delivery of ladies' hats, "What! Another Hat?" - "No! I'm going to string soap bubbles for a new necklace". Signed by artist Cobb Shinn.

The postcard is unused and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few minor stains.
