Cheers Darling - New Year RPPC, c. 1910s
(3 3/8 x 5 1/4 In) This is an original antique hand tinted real photo postcard from the 1910s. It shows an Edwardian couple in a romantic embrace just before they pop the cork on their bottle of Champagne. Mistletoe in the background and holly berries in her basket to wish you a Happy New Year.
"Dearest Violet, I have received your very nice letter, and pleased to hear that the bag arrived safely also that you like it. Sorry have not time for a letter. Will write later. Hope you are well dear am quite well myself. Fondest Love, From Paul", reads the message written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
