(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique T. P. & Co. postcard from 1912. It shows a little girl holding her dolly by the leg as she ponders, "Oh Gee! If I have to be a Darn Old Maid all my life, how long will a Bumble-Bee." "I Must save the child", says her dog as he pulls on the doll's arm. Signed by artist Cobb x. Shinn.
"Hello Muriel - How are you these days? Come out and see me.", reads the note written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in FAIR condition, heavy wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, album marks at corners, postmark ink transfer on front, general stains, a few small creases.
