(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Mid-Hudson Scenic, Bill Herman postcard from the 1960s. It shows a springtime view of president Franklin D. Roosevelt's grave in Hyde Park, NY.

"ROOSEVELT'S GRAVE AND MONUMENT- NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE- HYDE PARK, NEW YORK-
A small garden northeast of the home, almost completely surrounded by century-old hemlock hedge, was chosen by Franklin D. Roosevelt as his burial place. Here, on April 15th, 1945, he was laid to rest in the southern section of a large rectangular grass plot with a border of perennial flowers. On November 10th, 1962, Eleanor Roosevelt was laid to rest next to her husband."

The postcard is unused and is in EXCELLENT condition, light wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
