(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique postcard from the 1910s. It shows a WWI sailor trying in vain to retrieve his bugle from his beautiful lady companion who is playing, "TAPS".

"Mass.- 29- '10. Dear Friends-. will just drop a card and let you know that I am well and hope you are the same. This is me and my girl- When you see Eddie ask her if she got my card from M Cole the other day. Well good bye- W. G.", reads the note written on the back in pencil.

The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, several creases and stains.
