Train Derailment- 1910s Antique Photograph- Train Wreck- Accident- Edwardian Transportation- Real Photo Postcard- AZO RPPC
(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique AZO paper real photo postcard from the 1900s. It shows a crowd of Edwardian passengers, "survivors" of a train derailment. I'm guessing although inconvenient, no one was hurt, several of the travelers look amused, what a story they've got to share with their friends. They should consider themselves very lucky for railroad mishaps and accidents were much more common place at the turn of the century due to safety standards and regulations almost non-existent until the the 1910s.
The photo is in EXCELLENT condition, light wear at the edges.
