(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique postcard from the 1900s. It shows an Edwardian couple posing cheek to cheek with their eyes closed in thought, "Two heads are better than one." The names "Lucy" and "Kalvin" are were written in pencil above their shoulders but has since been erased.
"Hello Lucy, how are you? We are well. We got our garden seed yesterday. We are piecing on our quilt this rainy day. Aunt Annie is sick the doctor was to see her. Well I will close for this time. From Gale", reads the message penciled on the back.
The card is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corners, a few light creases and stains.
