Yours Truly, Hortense- 1900s Antique Photograph- Edwardian Woman- Identified Photo- Found Photo- Real Photo Postcard- AZO RPPC

(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique AZO paper real photo postcard from the 1900s. It shows a pretty young Edwardian woman posing next to an Evergreen tree. Her name, "Hortense Alias Lennic", is written on the bottom edge. It's really the self deprecating message written on the back that really makes the picture interesting.

"Yours truly two days after I came home from the country. I weighed 128 lbs when I went and 134 when I came back. I was weighed on the same scales both times. You know, I 'm so fat I feel like the old fat woman at the asylum. I do. Don't I look like her?"

The photo is in VERY GOOD condition, light wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
