(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique Illustrated Postal Card Co. postcard from the 1910s. It shows a view "A Bit of Ausable Chasm" in Lake Champlain, New York. 

"Alder Point - Dec. 31 - 1910 - Dear Daughter, we will go to Hoaglin tomorrow. It rained some yesterday. I think it will be fine to-morrow. Is your cold all right now? Hope you are getting along all right. My cold is better. We are having a nice visit. Love, Mother.", reads the note written on the back. 

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
