(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original W. G. Russell postcard from the 1910s. It shows a storm on the Ocean as seen from the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
"Have not heard from you for so long. Are you all at home this summer? Mr. Bethann and I are down here for a little ___. May stay till Sat. Aug. 17. John is alone. but comes down a day occasionally - Better come down. It is as nice as Atlantic City ever is. The water is fine they say. I have not returned. Want to visit soon. Clara." reads the note written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in FAIR condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, heavy crease near center, general wear and stains, postmark ink transfer on the front.
