(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Asheville Post Card Co. linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows an Airplane View of Asheville, North Carolina, "In the Land of The Sky".
"Situated upon a high mountain table-land 2300 feet above the sea, and commanding a sweeping panorama of mile-high mountains. Asheville occupies perhaps the most beautiful setting of any city in America. The drifting clouds touching the summits of the mountains and the many days of sunshine, have given to the Asheville region its distinctive title, "The Land of the Sky."
The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few minor stains.
