(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique H. H. Tammen Co. postcard from the 1900s. It shows a view of Balanced Rock in Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
"BALANCED ROCK - Nothing in the enchanted precincts of the Garden of the Gods attracts more attention than the Balanced Rock. Leaning far over, it has miraculously through the ages maintained its precarious equilibrium. It is 71 feet high, as can be seen by the trees that grow near it, and has been snapped more times by the itenerant tourist than any other object in Colorado.", reads the description printed on the back.
The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few minor stains.
