(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Tichnor Quality Views postcard from the 1920s. It shows a view of Crystal Cave in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. 

"CRYSTAL CAVE - Kutztown, Pa. - This famous cave is the largest cave North of Virginia and is visited by over 50,000 persons annually. It is a Natural Underground Cavern and declared by scientists to be many hundreds of thousands years old. The cave is located 19 miles from Reading, 20 miles from Allentown, along the William Penn Highway between Reading and Allentown. It is open every day in the year, with every comfort provided for visitors. Meals may be secured at the Tavern located on the property. A beautiful picnic park is always open and is free to visitors.", reads the description printed on the back. 

"Dear Anne:- We went through this cave to-day it sure is wonderful to see. We through the mountains yesterday/ Expect to get to New York tomorrow. Albert + Rose.", reads the note written on the back. 

The postcard is used and is in FAIR condition, heavy wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, general stains and foxing on the back, a few minor creases.
