(5 7/8 x 4 In) This is an original vintage photograph from the 1950s. It shows a classroom full of Edwardian children enjoying a hot lunch. The original photo was probably taken in the 1890s or 1900s and was reprinted sometime in the 1950s. A typewritten caption has been attached to the photo with tissue paper, it reads, "Douglas County rural school group enjoying hot luncheon-- an idea originated by Superintendent Erickson, standing in background."

The photo is in VERY GOOD condition, minor wear at the edges, creases at bottom left corner.
