(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique postcard from the 1900s. It shows an Eagle and the F.O.E., Fraternal Order of Eagles symbol above a mountain scene.

"July 3- Dear Friend Virgie- rec. your card. was glad to hear from you. am feeling awfully bad since returned from Washington. am home sick. The climate is against me. Your Loving Friend, M. N. Cooke", reads the message written on the back. 

The postcard is Used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few minor stains, postmark ink-transfer on the front.
