Lake of the Clouds, Mt. Washington - White Mountains, NH - Postcard, c. 1912

(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique Atkinson News Co., Naturekrom postcard from the 1912. It shows a view of Lake of the Clouds on Mt. Washington in White Mountain, New Hampshire.

"THE LAKE OF THE CLOUDS, MT. WASHINGTON, is a short distance from the summit and is a considerable body of water in which the Ammonoosuc River has its source, Nearby is located an A. M. C. Shelter Hut for the convenience of the tramper.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few minor stains.
