(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original H. N. Shonkwiler, E. C. Kropp Co. linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows a view of the Abraham Lincoln state on the State Capitol Grounds in Springfield, Illinois. 

"The Lincoln Statue, also known as the O'Conner Statue, stands on the Illinois State Capitol grounds, facing the business district of Springfield, the scene of Abraham Lincoln's mature life and career, from which he was called to the Presidency of the nation.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips. small stain on the back side.
