Memorial Continental Hall - Washington, DC - Postcard, c. 1910s

(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique B. S. Reynolds Co. postcard from the 1910s. It shows a view of the Memorial Continental Hall, home of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Washington, D.C.

"MEMORIAL CONTINENTAL HALL, WASHINGTON, D.C. - This beautiful white marble building was erected by National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Completed in 1910 at a cost of over $500,000. The Portico on the left has thirteen columns for the Thirteen States.", reads the message written on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, light foxing on backside.
