(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage New Orleans News Co., E. C. Kropp Co. postcard from the 1940s. It shows an aerial view of the Mississippi River Crescent at New Orleans, Louisiana.

"June 13/47 - Darling Wendy xxxx Thank you ever so for your nice letter which I got on the train when I opened my bag. Shall be thinking of you + Bill on Sunday + wishing I could be there too. Love -oo- Daddy - xxx xxx xxx", reads the note written on the back.
