(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage W. J. Harris Co., Curt Teich & Co. linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows an interior view of the Oldest School House and Oldest Classroom in the U.S., St. Augustine, Florida.

"On quaint old St. George Street, just inside the City Gates, stands the Oldest School House, under three flags. A Spanish map of 1788 shows this house of wood "in fair condition". A replica of this Oldest School House was used in comparison with the most modern school building, at A Century of Progress Exposition. This old red cedar school house is open to visitors daily.", reads the description printed on the back.

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
