(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Max Rigot Selling Co., C. T. Art-Colortone postcard from the 1930s. It shows a view of the Public Library in Chicago, Illinois.
"The Public Library is located on Michigan Boulevard, extending from E. Washington St. to E. Randolph St. The building contains 110,000 square feet of floor space. The library is stocked with books upon almost every subject. There are extensive collections of Art Books and Books in Foreign Language, History, Biography and Travel. The library board maintains seventeen branch libraries and six branch reading rooms, also over a hundred deliver stations.", reads the description printed on the back.
The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges.
