(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Asheville Post Card Co. linen postcard from the 1950s. It shows a night-time view of the Roanoke Public Library in Roanoke, Virginia. 

"Opened in 1952, the Roanoke Public Library building has a capacity for 185,000 volumes. It is air conditioned in summer, and heated in winter by means of an electric heat pump. Situated in a corner of Elmwood Park, it is within the downtown area.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
