(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Colourpicture Publishers, Inc. chrome postcard from the 1950s. It shows a view of Scotty's Castle in Death Valley National Park, California.

"SCOTTY'S CASTLE  has a majestic setting high in a desolate desert canyon. This castle built by the desert prospector and showman Walter Scott and his wealthy partner Albert Johnson in the 1920s is as uniquely individualistic in its architecture and sumptuous furnishings as were the partners who combined their imaginations and resources to build it.", reads the description printed on the back.

The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few stains, postmark ink transfer on front.
