(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is a SET of TWO original vintage postcards from the 1940s. They show views of the Victorian Room and Empire Room at Palmer House hotel in Chicago, IL. 

"The beautiful crimson and gold Victorian Room of the Palmer House is famed for quiet charm and the dinner music of the Palmer House Ensemble."

"The famous Empire Room of the Palmer House is renowned for its presentation of America's Finest floor shows and outstanding dance orchestras."

"Dear Edna and Cliff. Frank and I are enjoying our visit in Chicago. Frank is so busy with his lectures that he has no time to do anything else. Love Frank and Louise.", reads the note written on the back of the Empire room card.

The one postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, light wear at the edges, the second is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, damaged area at bottom edge.
